Right hand didn't know what left hand did. Part to order wasn't initially ordered as someone thought someone else had done it. I finally received a week later.

It's a family business. I called them to come and fix it, and he said that we won't stand behind it. They will give you your money back, but we will not fix it for you. I bought a used washing machine from them about 11 years ago. This was when the father owned the company. It didn't work either. He said he was going to try to fix it and it took him three weeks to fix it, and it didn't work for more than a month. They are the worst I have ever seen. I told them I will tell everyone in town about them, and I will.

"The dishwasher was sold as is with NO warranty. We went to Member's house 2 times to look at his sink faucet hook up for this dishwasher at no charge. We then refunded the money for the dishwasher to Member and picked it up from his house at no charge to try to make the customer happy. I am sorry that he was not satisfied. I have no info on the 11 yr ago washer problem."

Byron works with his parents. They were celebrating their 50th anniversary in this business the day he came. His knowledge and expertise reflects the wisdom of his parents. Significant is that they have been around for one half a century in the same community.
