"I spoke to Mr. Hendron as soon as I saw his post. Mr. Hendron was shocked to hear about the review. While talking he realized that the review was about the previous shop that had performed the service on his vehicle. He had mentioned to us at the time we were going to service his vehicle that he was not pleased with that shop. He apologized to me and said that he was going to contact Angie's list and correct his mistake. His last words to me were that he was pleased with us."

"I am not going to represent Russel's Automotive as a discount automotive service center. We have been in the automotive service business since 1966 and we have always strived to provide our customers the highest quality of service at the most reasonable price. We pride ourselves in having the best warranty on all of our work. This means we use the highest quality of parts and the most qualified technicians. All of our warranties are covered nationwide and we are very proud that we are the only local shop with three ASE master certified technicians. At Russel's Automotive we believe in the old saying: "The bitterness of poor quality, last long after the sweetness of a cheap price is forgotten." At Russels we believe that our customers receive the best service in town! Having said all of this, I cannot address a customer's comment of being "pricey" when I have no idea of who or what I am being compared to. Honestly, I would rather stand on the fact of what I stated already, we provide the best quality of service, warranty and parts at a very fair price."

I wasn't a very good experience. We went to pick up the car and the battery was down. My husband had to keep calling them and there were no return calls.
