White Castle Roofing did an excellent job replacing my hail damaged roof. They bid the best price and were very helpful in scheduling the job and selecting the shingles I needed. They were on time in the mornings and finished the project on time. They were careful of my plants and outdoor furnishings. They did a good job cleaning up afterward. I am very happy with my new roof and with White Castle.

EXCELLENT COMPANY! Everyone was punctual - from the estimator, to the crew. They did a great job of communication at every step of the way. The job was quality work, and they spent a lot of time making sure the yard was cleaned of nails and other debris before leaving. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and would definitely use them again! Additionally, about two weeks after the roof was complete I had someone from a painting company out to bid on repainting my windows and exterior doors. The estimator pointed out a very small area of siding damage on the top floor that I hadn't noticed. I took a photo of the damage, emailed it to my contact at the White Castle Someone from White Castle was out the following day to measure and arrange to replace the small area of damage. They stand behind their work!

They came out and inspected, then sent us a quote for the repairs needed the next day. The price was lower and the explanation was better than the competition. They came and did the repairs without notifying me when they would be there, so I didn't know they had done anything until I got the bill. I inspected the work and found it to be a little lacking. I contacted the guy who inspected it, and had him come back out to see what I was talking about. He is sending his roofer back out to complete the repair. When it is complete, I will be happy to use them again. Still have not had their commercial roof crew out to fix the rubber roof portion. Hopefully it is before it snows.

The contractors they used to do my roof were sloppy. They also damaged a couple of my composite deck boards that had to be replaced. It was a hassle getting that work done due to finding a person that would do the work at a decent price. A couple valleys also had to be redone. I'm hoping all is okay, but only time will tell. Gutter install seemed to go okay. When I put up Christmas lights, I noticed the drip edge was also a sloppy installation. Overall not impressed with the roofing installation.

Once we got the email address problem straightened out, things went great. I received the estimate but due to the time of year waited until spring to do the work. They have since finished the work and did an excellent job. I was very impressed with how fast the work was done. I was also impressed with the solution to a problem with a roof on a sunroom. They used an idea that I had not thought of before. They were also able to use a product that I had previously bought but due to health issues could not do it myself.

Honestly my reason for calling them in the first place was because the shingles were deteriorating to a point where they were unrecognizable. So they originally came to do an estimate for me and ended up being the cheapest of the three companies that came to estimate. So as I selected them to do the work, they came and finished it in a matter of hours, not even a whole day and the whole thing was done very well as they replaced even all the metal vents which was part of the package. I would recommend this company to anybody.

White Castle was not only the lowest quote I received, they were also the fastest. They did a great job on our roof and gutter guard install. They did a great job, they worked fast, and they cleaned up so well my wife never even knew they were there.
