The gentleman was prompt, calling me a head of time, letting me know that he was just a few miles away. He came in looked at all the rooms that I wanted cleaned(living room, dining room, kitchen, family room and bedroom), figured out what the cost would be, then proceeded to bring his equipment into the house. He even vacuumed all the rooms I wanted cleaned as my own vacuum had just quit on me. He then proceeded to clean my carpets. Explained to me that some stains may return as we are dealing with a pet problem. His work was very professional and I will certainly call him again in the future.
