RON'S ROLLOFFS & REFUSE INC

I contracted Ron's Refuse for once weekly residential garbage collection and have paid for their service for three months. During the first month, I called twice because they failed to pick up for two consecutive weeks. I called again once the second month, and then the problem seemed to be resolved because they collected properly for the rest of that month. The third month they did not collect a single time. I received a bill for the next, or fourth, month and called to ask that they not only pick up my garbage that week but credit me a month of service. The owner asked me why I didn't call earlier and implied that my garbage being collected was my fault. They had my address, they sent me a bill every month and they cashed my checks. As I noted earlier, I also called them several times because of no pick up. I'm not sure what else I need to do to get them to uphold their end of the deal.
