LOOS CONSTRUCTION

Awful. Loos Construction was very very bad about returning calls and following up voicemails. We finally managed to secure their services for snow removal. But then we were contacted by the city to have our snow removal done, and we already had a contract with Loos Construction to take care of this for us - since they were doing the adjacent building as well. We had to call and remind them who we were and that we had contracted them to do our snow removal. We assumed that they were getting the job done, and we would be billed a reasonable amount - since they were doing the adjacent building as well. This is a vacant building and we simply trusted them to get the job done and send us a bill. We got no bills FOR MONTHS, then we got them all at the same time. Three days later they kept calling and asked why we were not paying their invoices. We are a business and only write checks once a week, but it was very difficult for me to get this fact across to them. We sent payments for the three invoices that we received, only to get a fax with yet another invoice a few days later. We sent a "your services are not longer required" letter with our last payment.
