We offer Roofing, Siding, Gutters and Attic Insulation. We have entry level to Lifetime products. Repairs or Full replacements, no job is too small. We work with your insurance company to help you make repairs after your claim, hail or wind. Thompson and Thompson third generation are highly qualified contractors that performed a service in an extremely efficient and professional manner. They have done several jobs for us and each time they provide a superior product and service for a very reasonable cost. Our house is a Victorian with extremely high slopes and not an easy job at all. I am VERY happy with the outcome of each job they performed. My garage was the latest job we had them perform and the did it in half a day!!! Great work... We just had them come out to give us a quote for some odd jobs requested in a home inspection and they fixed them for no cost. AWESOME guys...

I felt I was put on the back burner since I went through insurance. I was told several times that it was getting close then 2-3 weeks, then 2 weeks. 3 months later after I called asking if I was getting a roof this year then I was put on the schedule. Funny because I ha recommended them to my parents but because they weren't going through insurance they had work done from estimate to completion in less than 2 weeks. The roof work itself went well but everything after was a nightmare. They had to remove some siding to install the roof but had a different crew reinstall the siding but instead of finding the right pieces to put back on they just started cutting my siding and wound up several short and because my color was different they had to find more that was close but not perfect. That crew also left a bottle of urine in my gutter for me to find. Next they replaced some fascia and window wraps but used the wrong color and didn't even bother to notice until I called them on it which took another week and a half to get done again. The foreman had called me on a Sunday night to tell me they were coming the next day to do the fascia replacement but after not showing I called and he said he made a mistake and it was going to be the next day. What should have taken 2 days took 16 days to finally get done although with the siding not matching I hardly call it perfect. Would not recommend at all based on the professionalism of the foreman and the quality of their crews. Only positive was when salesman had an appointment he was on time or early.

On roof for 45 minutes. Not worth $400.00 worth. Will never by deal like this again unless this company will return money for work that was not done.

"Our agreement with you (Angie'[Member Information Removed] List) was to offer a roof tune up. This was to include an inspection of the roof surface and determine the life expectancy of said roof, this is to be done by a qualified roofing installer. We paid said inspector to do this task. Our agreement also was to include sealing around a limit of FOUR protrusions on the roof with silicone. We sealed around EIGHT protrusions and a chimney chase at no additional cost. We also repaired 3 spots where shingles were loose and 3 spots where the nails were popping up. We paid our roofing crew to seal around these protrusions and do these repairs. Our project manager asked about a wall that the homeowner identified to him upon arrival to the home, the homeowner told the project manager that there had been a leak there in the past and felt like caulking the sidewall would not fix the leak. Our project manager took a closer look at the area in question and provided a bid to the homeowner per our Roof Tune-up agreement with Angie'[Member Information Removed] List. Our Project Manager gave the homeowner a bid for the full price of the repairs then made sure to explain to the homeowner that he would get the discount he had coming to him of $125 per the Roof Tune-up Agreement. The homeowner was happy for the bid and the tune up and told the project manager he would discuss it with is wife and let us know when we could come back and do the work. We had no idea of his dissatisfaction until we were prompted to look at our new Angie'[Member Information Removed] List review. When I noticed that they were unhappy with our service and had omitted the truth about not getting what they paid for I called the number they had left us. I was told by the wife that there had been an email sent to our project manager and she was unhappy with the cost of the service. I went through the agreement that she admits to reading line by line and explained the cost of each line and the cost to us for coming out to do the inspection and the repairs. She felt like we were charging her $400 for four tubes of caulking. I explained that we were charging her for four tubes of caulking and the crews time as well as the inspectors time. I also told her we had to make a few dollars to keep our doors open. She seemed to agree and was still upset at the cost. I told her that we would be happy to come and do the proposed repairs and give her the credit for $125 to help her feel better about the cost of the agreement. She thanked me for explaining the deal and talking with her then asked me to send her the estimate for the sidewall repair. I sent the estimate over to her and have heard nothing back. Now I am getting another communication from Angie'[Member Information Removed] List, not the homeowner asking me to refund half of the Roof Tune-up. I have proved beyond any doubt that we fulfilled the agreement that the homeowner read and purchased beyond the scope of work that we agreed to in the beginning."

The existing rubber roofing was removed, the support boards beneath were replaced, new roofing was laid, and the gutters were re-routed to a better location around the porch.

Thompson and Thompson replaced our roof and a skylight in a day and a half. They were very prompt and professional from the initial contact for an estimate through the finished job. Clean up was exceptional - only found one nail in the yard after they left. Somehow the top part of one of the slats on our fence got broken and they sent someone to fix it even though we told them they didn't have to. Would definitely recommend them - wish all companies operated this way.

I have a home built in 1920 and the insulation was old, thin, and the attic contained rubble and debris from an old roof replacement years ago. Thompson and Thompson 3rd Generation was very prompt, professional, and completed the job quickly and correctly. They cleaned up my attic and made it efficient. They also cleaned up any left over debris and insulation that may have been left from the job. Communication was excellent before and after the job. I highly recommend this company to others looking for this service. Thank you.

I am very satisfied with the work that Thompson & Thompson did. I had researched LP Smartside and RigidStack, which has paint baked on and carries a 30-year no fade warranty. We had the paint custom matched and it is absolutely perfect.
This was the first time the installation crew had installed RigidStack. They did a very nice job. I have had several neighbors comment about how nice it looks. The Thompson crew cleaned up every night. I may have been a more involved customer than some and I liked that. I felt like I was able to converse openly with the whole Thompson team. They were very responsive to my text messages. They matched the caulking to siding color. It looks custom color, too.
Thompson also made some modifications to our roof line where we have experienced water issues. Not enough time has lapsed as yet to truly test it, but all indications are that we will no longer have issues. They also replaced some rotted sheathing where we also had water issues.

This was spaced out over a few weeks as different people were responsible for different aspects of the work done. The quality of the products used were very good and the quality of the work was great. I had a couple items afterward that I wanted addressed, and they came out the next day to do so.

Roofing company performed the services they said they would for the quoted estimate.
- 1. The Sales Estimate Representative was very knowledgeable and professional.
- 2. The site job foreman was good.
- 3. The crew appearance was fair, but it was after 6:00 P.M., so they had already put in more than a 8 hour work day on other jobs.
- 4. The yard clean up was excellent.
- 5. Overall experience was excellent.
I would recommend Thompson & Thompson Roofing to other metropolitan area residents and businesses.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Very responsive to my initial inquiry and they did everything they said they would do when they said it would happen. The clean up of the site was so good I would not have known they had been here. Years ago I had them replace my roof and it is great to see the level of professionalism is still going strong!

Quick response to quote. Recognized issues with the north side of the roof before I inquired. Sales person very knowledgeable about the job and multiple options available. Worked with me on the price and payment options. Crew was respectful and cleaned up the job site after the work was complete. Gained approval for additional work before they started. They called two days in advance to set a time and day for the repairs, thus giving me time to be home for them. There were four roofers, each knew what their responsibilities were and went quickly to repair my roof. There was more to the repairs than I expected but each were accomplished quickly and giving my home a new look without a complete re-shingling job. They check out the ground around my foundation for anything dropped and used a leaf blower to clean off my deck ( something I needed to do anyway). In a few years I know my roof will need shingles, Thompson & Thompson will be the company I will use!

Not everything was done as was included in the quote. I had to ask that the final amount be changed to reflect the work which was not done.
The job was completed quickly and the clean-up was very good.
There is a 5 year guarantee on the outside work. I hope this fix is successful in combating a problem with leakage that has occurred through several purported roof repairs.

Kevin came out the same day, which is considerable since it was raining and September is a very busy season. This was an emergency call because a sufficient amount of water had soaked into the attic insulation and caused a ceiling drywall segment to collapse.
Kevin was friendly, courteous and did a good job of explaining both what he observed and the work that he performed. From our discussion, it become rapidly clear that he is a local resident and not a transient worker.
The price I paid was a good value for the service that I received.
I would definitely contact this provider again to bid on replacing my roof when the time comes.
