John is very professional and detailed. He did a three hour inspection of our newly under contract home and then spent an hour going over the details with us and showing us the areas he had found deficiencies. He even gave us a fully printed book with pictures about his findings. Would highly recommend John as he is very flexible and even agreed to meet with us at 7pm in the evening to go over the details so my husband could be present after he got off work.
