Larry Rock never completed this project. He did one third of the job and said he would be back in two weeks to complete the rest. When he did not show back up we called for weeks trying to get a hold of him. When he did respond he told us he was not coming back to finish the work even though we paid him in advance for the job. He kept telling us he would bring the written contract and some how always forgot it and would tell us he would bring it and the receipts for the materials next time he came. Because we did not have the written contract he told us where we could go! He kept our money, did not finish the job and left us hanging with wood and drywall and materials stacked in our garage. Not only did he belk us for the money but the work he did was not up to code which we just recently found out. It is costing us $1,000.00 to correct his mistakes. If you do business with this man get everything in writing and don't give him any money upfront. Plus ask him for his certification before working on your home. Another thing he did that we would like to mention is he hired another guy to help him and then told us he needed us to pay the man because the job was running into more money. This was an expensive lesson for us that we learned the hard way. From now on we only do business with REAL companies that have a rating with the BBB and have a good rating.
