Jeff Henry's Service Department installed four new tires and back brake pads. When I picked up the vehicle and started driving home I heard a loud squealing noise in the back tires. I immediately turned around and went back into  the Service manager and told him it was making a loud noise that it was not making when I bought the vehicle in. He told me it was just the new pads and not to worry about it. He WOULD NOT EVEN COME OUT AND TEST DRIVE THE CAR OR LISTEN TO THE NOISE. I then took it to two service shops in town and both mechanics did a short test drive with me and both looked at the back tires and said that the rotors had been sanded down too far. It ended up costing us over $300.00 to get their mistake fixed.
 
You can not tell us that the vehicle was even road tested otherwise they would of heard the loud noise from the back wheels.To date Jeff Henry Chevrolet has done nothing to compenstate us for their mistake but yet he had his people run over to the other shop and grab the bad rotors without our permission. It ended up I called our attorney and he said to call them and tell them to take them back to the other shop as they were our property. We would not trust these people to work on our vehicles ever again.
