Was quick and clean. They used a small tractor with arm to hold trunk so was a clean job. Price a little high for trunk of this size, upper portion of tree that had broken off had already been removed. We wanted them to do some additional limbing on remaining two trees in the cluster however they completed job so quickly she missed asking them to do so.

His price was cheaper than anybody else we had to come out and give us and estimate. Our experience with him was wonderful. The owner of the company, his name is Lyle, is a wonderful man. We've had him out several times and the neighbors have had him out. He is good on prices and good on service. I've recommended him to people.

Mr Walkup returned my call in an hour, gave me a bid about an hour after that--he was in the area at the time.
After agreeing to the service the crew was at my house the next day and went to my son's house next.

Excellent. We were so impressed with their level of skill and professionalism. We were amazed at how they could rope the top of the tree, cut it off at the base, and lift it up and out of the way of other trees without damaging them or any of our landscaping plants. One tree that needed to be trimmed was not safe to have a man scale it, so a rope was attached to it and the worker climbed up the tree next to it and swung over and started cutting limbs. This is far superior to the job Eden Trees was hired to do at our neighbors when they cut down two 35' trees and dropped them on our (not their) driveway and proceeded to cut them up with asking if they could come on our property. Walkup arrived equipped to handle any challenges they may run into and cleaned up nicely after they finished. We will certainly hire them again.

Arrived on time, took down the tree, chipped it, ground the stump, cleaned up, and left - about 45 minutes total, and charged exactly what he'd estimated. Excellent service.
