Flawless experience. From getting a quote to scheduling the appoint they handled everything upmost professionalism I could of expected. They took the wood floor in a duplex that haven't been taken care of for over 20 year and made them look like they were just installed. They also were very informative on the whole process and took time to educate and answer any of the many question we had. GREAT SERVICE ALONG WITH A GREAT PRICE.

After comparing bids for my project I hired them and they scheduled the work for my home. But they did not do the work. I specifically selected this company because of the great reviews provided here, but my experience was much different. The week they were supposed to start they had a medical issue come up so I allowed them to push back the start date 3 weeks. When they contacted me again a few weeks later they said they needed to take another look at the floors, which resulted in them telling me it would cost another $1,500. There was nothing new shown to them from the time they did the estimate, but for some reason they “missed” seeing something. They again didn’t show up on the new start date to exchange money for materials, and getting ahold of them was spotty. They became rude on the phone and it was clear they should not have taken my project. I can’t believe how defensive and unprofessional they were when I tried to understand why they wouldn’t give me answers about not starting my floors. Selected Todorovich resulted in a 6 month delay in getting my wood floors. To their credit... they never took my money up front. I guess they knew they couldn’t do the job!

Scott and Ray were amazing! They did what they said they were going to do. Punctual, trustworthy and honest. I will use them again if needed. Thanks guys my floor looks outstanding!!!

The project was done in a timely fashion and at a very reasonable price. Ray and Scott returned after the job was complete to address a couple concerns we had which they quickly addressed to our satisfaction! We plan to have them back for future projects/floor maintenance.

Ray and Scott did an amazing job. These two worked hard to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time and made sure it was done right. There were a few problem areas that had lots of discoloration/staining but they came out beautifully. I would highly recommend them.

We did this as a surprise for my mother while she was out of town and she literally cried when she came home and saw the floors. For years she wanted her wood floors back but had always had them covered with carpet because they were so bad. These guys did an amazing job and they were very clean and communicated every step of the way. I wish I could upload before and after pictures to show you. I will now be hiring them to put brand new wood floors in my home. I can't wait!

When Ray and Scott (Scoot) came and gave me my estimate they were very courteous and transparent. The years of experience they had came through as we discussed what I wanted done. Species of wood, pros and cons, cost (bang for buck) was all explained in an easy to understand manner. It soon became more of a collaboration than a client - contractor relationship. They were very helpful in getting me the best possible product for my money. Installation went quick, within a few days. Those two guys busted their butts and the floor turned out beautiful. I chose a stain called "Old English" that gave the floors a very warm and opulent look. Todorovich Wood floors certainly did right by me. I'm completely satisfied with every aspect of our transaction.

You won't find this outstanding work AND customer service anywhere else!! Only way is to call Ray!!
