My 20 year old oak wood floors needed refinishing. Scott responded to my request for an estimate within 15 minutes of submitting the request. I let him know when I wanted the floors to be worked on and he put me on the schedule. He stayed in contact with me several times before the work start date. They arrived at the time they said they would each day and the project was completed in the time frame quoted to me. Would definitely use their services again. Floors look great!

whats sets them apart is the LITTLE things, that make a BIG difference--like being on time, being neat, coming in with no surprises, finishing on time. in my mind they under promise, and OVER deliver. to say our floors look 250% better is well worth it all.

They moved the start date a couple times but they did communicate that with me. Their quality is outstanding soI would use them again keeping in mind the potential timeline change.

Scott and Ray and his crew were great! They worked with my schedule and desire to have the floors refinished before my move-in date. They showed up as promised and had the floors done within the time frame we discussed. They look absolutely wonderful. As for value, I know other compaies who were $.50 a sq foot less, but I'm happy with the overall workmanship and finished floors. I wish I had asked for a small jar of the varnish/finisher they use because I did incur one scratch during the move in.

They fit us in a busy schedule to accommodate our move. They were easy to work with and delivered what they promised on schedule. The floors look really great. I would recommend them to friends.
