Called in a panic because our basement had flooded with all the rain and sump pump had failed. They were able to come out the same day with only about 1 hour of our call. Super fast response time. Haffke showed up within a few hours to replace a toilet I needed for July 4th. Although the floor was found to be so rotten they could not replace it, I was extremely happy that they responded to my immediate need and came out right away!

I've had Chad from Haffke plumbing come out several times to help me out. This was for a home renovation project, re-routing and replacing some bathroom plumbing lines and shower handle/cartridge. Did all the work as promised for a great price. Two days later (Sunday) I was doing some work of my own and happen to put a screw through the copper tubing. Had to turn my water off for the entire house. I called Chad on his cell phone and asked him to help out. Haffke generally doesn't do 24 hour service calls or weekend calls... However Chad immediately came over on a Sunday afternoon and fixed my problem with no overtime charges or anything. Can I talk about awesome!
I've had several other things done with them as well including installing a water softener in my already finished basements. Got quotes from other companies ranging up to $2500 to install a water softener. I purchased my own water softener and Chad installed it for a mere $600. That is including him cutting holes in the ceiling to run piping and everything. I would go back to them again and again. Always willing to work with you and help you out. Have been using them for two years now and will continue to do so.

The work was done well and we were pleased with the service. They were on time and friendly. I think that the price was reasonable for all of the work that had to be done. The tank was $1,000 by itself and the whole job took a lot of work and time. There were some problems that they were able to quickly fix. They answered my questions as well with knowledgeable answers.

Steve Haffke Plumbing did a great job reseating my two new toilets. He had a good attitude when he was unable to get the toilet to sit right. Steve Haffke Plumbing does any kind of plumbing job you could imagine from a big job like dealing with septics to smaller jobs like unclogging toilets or sinks. I have used their services before in the past and they have always done me right.

The water softener has been doing great for us. I did not have any complaints when the people were here installing it. I actually feel that they did pretty well with it. It did not even cost as much as I had thought. It was a great experience to have them here. They worked very quickly and were very pleasant at the same time. I would hire them again definitely.
