I called and explained the problem. They sent out a repairman, who fixed the problem. However, the problem was a sensor located on the door that needed adjustment. This took a maximum of 10 minutes. Iam disgusted because a suggestion could have been offered to me over the phone to check the sensor adjustment. A little customer service would have saved me $65. Just a simple " check this" before sending the repairman out.

Sale: explanation of products was thorough. Installation: prompt arrival and very quick process. Well done, clean. Also gave a discount for me removing the old door myself.

Salesman John was very nice and showed the various options and costs for new doors. John was able to provide the door style, windows and colors we wanted. After verifying and ordering the door John told me the install would be 23 June. (Door quote was in late May) and door ordered shortly thereafter). The installer called the morning of 23 June and had the door installed by noon. The new door operated very smoothly and quietly and used my existing door opener. Ever thing was cleaned and removed. The price was comparable with the competitors and the service was excellent.

They fixed the door and we decided to buy a new door rather than spend $500 to fix our old door. They left a brochure on doors and we are going to have them come install a new door.

The work went very smoothly from initial contact to completion of the job! They were honest, courteous, knowledgable in diagnosing the problem. The cost was well within what was anticipated.

Arrived on time. Installer was very professional and new what he was doing. The installer worked hard with no breaks. Installation was great. Hauled away old doors and openers. Great cleanup. Explained how everything worked. The insulated doors should help keep the garage warmer in the winter. Product is exceptional.

It a little longer than expected to install the doors due to the ordering process. They were ordered from the factory due to the windows. They were installed in about a 5 hour period and looked just as expected, except for one problem. The top panels were to include two windows and two raised panel sections that matched the raised panels in the rest of the door. One door was missing the raised panels on either side of the windows. I contacted my sales rep and he immediately ordered the correct panel. I wonder why the factory missed the error as well as the Omaha based company and the installers. I am happy this error is being corrected and the new garage doors are just what I wanted.

After getting 2 other quotes and even looking at the cost of simply buying materials and doing it myself, I found Overhead Door Co. to be the best overall value (about $300 more than doing it myself and $100 less than using their competition). After speaking with others who had also used them, we felt confident that we were making the right choice. Another reputable company told us it would take 6 weeks to order the door we chose and another 4 weeks til they could install it! In less than a month our door was installed and it looks AMAZING! All of the gaps we used to have are gone and I can find 0 air leaks! The installers showed up about 5min ahead of schedule and left the garage clean. Very happy with our door!

I was so impressed with this company. They came out on the exact time they said they would. They were so professional. The door looks beautiful and it works perfectly. It is exactly what we wanted. I have worked with another door company before and it was a horrible experience. The installer explained the locks to me and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied before he left. Everything was cleaned up beautifully! I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly!

Although they were not able to determine exactly what the cause of the problem was, they gave me all my options. I did not feel pressured to choose one over the other. In the end I decided to have them install a new garage door opener. So far it is working perfectly. Rick was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave me some tips on general garage door care/maintenance. I called around and checked other companies' prices for products and labor, and Overhead Door was right on track with everyone else. I will definitely use them again if I have any further issues with my garage door.

They made an appointment to come in a few days (after holiday weekend). Service tech arrived an hour early and worked steadily in the hot garage until the job was done.

Overhead Door is the best in the business! I’ve used them about twelve times, in four different cities (sine I’ve moved a lot with the military). Whenever I buy a new home, I call them to do a complete garage door and opener tune-up. It’s always money well-spent. I find that the Overhead Door high standards carry over nationwide.
A couple months ago, I had a service call to repair a cable which came off. I thought it was going to be a major problem and expense, however it was extremely affordable. In fact, the service man suggested I get their coupon out of the Dex
Yellow Pages. I inquired about the possibility of a new door and opener, since the current ones were 15 years old
and abused by the previous owner. He provided me with all the information and suggestions to improve my garage. At no time did he, or anyone, try to “twist my arm” into buying anything. I went to the Overhead Door office and Christine gave me a great demonstration and review of all options. First, she made recommendations and described the value of each option. She never
tried to sell me more than I needed. In fact, Christine recommended I did not purchase the higher options because they
were more than needed and the lesser priced options are already of incredible quality. The price was extremely fair…actually
less than I expected to pay. She also recommended I use a $100 off coupon in the yellow pages. That’s professionalism!
Overhead Door just installed my new door and opener. I’ve never been more pleased about any service from anyone! The technician arrived right on time. He had a great attitude and a clear desire to provide the best service possible. His 30 years of experience were highly evident. You would think that after he has installed thousands of doors and probably 10,000 openers, this would just be “any old job” for him. Well, I never felt that way at all. He performed every task to perfection. My previous door created so many gaps, a rabbit could get through. I figured the structure was incapable of ever being like new. Wrong! The door was so square and well-sealed when he got done, that not a speck of light (or dust) could get through. I am really impressed. The door opens smoothly and is so quiet you barely hear the movement. I just can’t praise him enough!
I purchased the Thermacore door. It is nice looking, solid, and light weight. I also purchased the Odyssey 1000 opener. It’s as quiet as a belt drive, with the lasting endurance of a chain. You’ddo very well getting them for yourself.
I know I’ve gone on-and-on, but it’s just because I am so pleased with everything Overhead Door has done. There are a lot of choices in garage doors, openers, and service. Very few are so OUTSTANDING!

Called on Tuesday for an estimate arrived the next day as scheduled. Scheduled and the repair was completed on Friday. Another highly ranked competitor quoted an new door and said it was cheaper than ordering to panels.

Excellent service. I called in the morning and they said they could send a repairman in the afternoon. They called back a few minutes later and said they had a cancelation and someone would be there in an hour. Great, (as my car was trapped in the garage). They replaced the broken springs, adjusted the cables, lubed the tracks and cleaned up everything. Rick was the repairman, he was very efficient, knew what he was doing and explained the procedure to me and was very professional I was very pleased with the service and the price.
