Dave Ost is a crook, a thief, a liar, and a money-grubbing, incompetent fool of a man whose foray into *construction* involves getting other people to do his work, while he sits in his web of incompetence, collecting money. I hired him to put a kitchen in my downstairs and build an armory. He was all smiles and friendly the first month, then never showed up, and allowed incompetent third parties to fail in their attempts to construct my rooms. Then he upped the price, jacked up the fees, and even tried to put a lien on my home!!!! He is a failure as a contractor, a businessman, and as a human being. STAY AWAY!

"It is my goal as a contractor and a small business owner to work with homeowners on their projects to give them a final result that they are proud of and also add value to their homes. I worked for a builder for 22 years and have been self employed for 16+ years. I have learned a lot over that time period and have worked with all sorts of different people and personalities . The review and personal attack on me and my subcontractors that Mr. Dil left is not even close to the truth. Mr. Dil was billed accordingly as he and Mrs. Dil added items or small projects that were not part of the original contract. They also were given credits from the original contract on items. In his review he does fail to mention that I gave him a military discount of $2,767 for his service to this country, which I greatly appreciate, and he also doesn't mention that he has an outstanding balance of $5,147 which he has not paid. We did agree on a monetary settlement back in October 2020 to avoid litigation but as of today 12-12-2020 he has yet to fulfill his end of the agreement. Mr. Dil DOES NOT know me personally or as a human being and I am offended by his name calling and irresponsible comments"

Kitchen Remodel
We have used OST, Inc. for both large and small projects to our homes for over 10 years. Dave has completely remodeled the kitchen in our Pa-pillion home. The renovation included demolition, framing, installing custom cabinets, adding a custom island, installing appliances, counter tops, and a beautiful new wood floor. The end result was magnificent and was the centerpiece of our home.Based on Dave's professionalism, friendly attitude, dependability, and reasonable rates, we reached out to Dave to complete the renovation of our Omaha condo that suffered water damage. Dave and his team renovated almost every room in the condo and also added a new covered deck to the rear of the condo. It was a very complex project that took 3-4 months. Dave completed the project on time and within his bid quote. The condo looks brand new and its market value has easily increased over $75,000. Dave continues to complete small construction projects for us in our condo. We are always impressed with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone desiring a professional job.

Bathroom Remodel
They also painted and installed shower tiles and a new shower pan. It all looks amazing. Dave was great at keeping me in the loop regarding delays and the overall status of the project. The entire staff was friendly and professional and most important to me - they kept the mess in the room they were remodeling. The master bedroom was clean and free of dust, etc. The estimate and final cost matching.
