Marc was very thorough during the bidding process and things were well coordinated.

Reasons we went with Monarch:
1. There was no hard sale
2. Gary showed up with a long list of references
3. The estimate was competitive with other providers
The work was delayed due to excessive rain, but Monarch kept open communication to let us know when work would be suspended and when it would resume. There were a issues post installation (a dented downspout and a railing that was not re-attached to the house) but once notified, Monarch resolved those issues immediately.
Monarch was easy to work with and did quality work at a reasonable price.

Mark was the rep we worked with.  He was approachable and professional and answered all our questions.  The work was done in a timely manner and the mess cleaned up.  We have had no problems whatsoever with the siding and are very happy with our experience.

From my very first visit with them on estimate through installation everyone I dealt with at Monarch was very professional. Their price was competitive with everyone else and in most cases less.  However, price was not my biggest concern. My biggest concern was installation and having it done properly. 
I was not disappointed Travis and his installation team were awesome and treated this job as if this was their own home.  They were perfectionists.
I will definitely use Monarch again when I need someone.

I moved into my house in 2003 and over the years sustained at lot of sun and weather damage on the south side of my house. I had to replace windows and I also had to replace water damaged siding. Monarch came out and gave me a reasonable estimate for their work. I am very impressed with the vinyl siding they installed and plan to have the rest of the house done in the spring. The vinyl installers are professional, timely and always made a point to answer all of my questions. I know there were times when I would ask the same question more than once and they didn't seem to mind. The windows that I ordered and had installed by another party were done incorrectly. Monarch happened to have a couple of window installers on their team who installed them PROPERLY. They disposed all of their materials and everything was pristine when they left. I look forward to working with them again. A house is not only a place of shelter, but it is also an investment. Their siding is a value add to my house that will last for many years to come. Try these guys out, you won't be disappointed.

Monarch was the 3rd provider we looked at. The 1st was a great company, but they only did insert/pocket windows; we needed/wanted full-frame replacements. The 2nd was a complete turnoff. Steve from Monarch came out and was informative, helpful, and not pushy at all. It's an Omaha company that's been around for years. We went with their Restorations brand; had never heard of it, but when I researched it, they're high quality windows. And there's no wood, not even the brick molding. Having dealt with the old wood windows rotting-out, that's exactly what we wanted. It took a few weeks for the windows to be manufactured. When they arrived, Monarch called and we set a date for installation. A crew showed up in the morning and by noon, all the windows were out. And by late afernoon, all the new ones were in. They came back the following day and finished the trim work. As they'd told us, the didn't have to remove any woodwork. One old window was crooked, but they were able to fix the problem and installed the new window plumb and level. There was a flaw in the glass on one window, so they ordered a replacement, which took a few weeks. When it arrived, they installed it. Bottom line, they were good to work with from the get-go. And they did an outstanding job. For what we got, I think the price was reasonable. Very impressed with their product; these windows are impressive. Would use Monarch again and highly recommend them.

They were very professional. We didn't make a decision yet. They came out and gave us complete explanation of what they were doing and stuff. They were fine. All the people that came out were nice. Everybody I talked to were complete so I didn't have anybody that made me go, and lsquo;Oh, my Gosh! I will never call them back again'. Their price was normal with other ones. I will probably consider using them.

We felt very comfortable with Mark, the salesman and with the products. We got another estimate and both companies were close together on price and service. We went with Monarch because they had done window and siding work for the previous owners.

I did have to call to find out when they were going to install the windows, but they were able to schedule me in right away. The installers were professional and efficient. Did an excellent job and my windows are terrific!

They did good work and they were reasonable.

It was a real good experience. We were very pleased. They came out and did the estimate and described the procedure and how they were going to do it. They followed through with cleaning and did a great job.

They were not the cheapest but we went with them because of the added installation that we were getting. They had also installed windows. They were expensive, but I am happy with the quality of their work. The crew was good and had done a good job. The salesman was very nice too but there were times when I had to wait for a day to get a callback.

They showed up each day early in the morning ready to work and worked hard to get the job done. They were really good about cleaning up the work site each night before leaving. We thought they were really good at what they did. They must only hire people who know what they were doing.

We were very satisfied with the job they had done on our home and we know it will last for a very long time. They ensured us that they wouldn t put the siding up while the house was wet so I knew we wouldn t have to worry about anything like that. They took pride in doing a good job and we felt that after researching several companies, we got the best value for our money. I just thought they should have been on time and a little more professional.

They were right on time, polite, friendly, and got right to work. They had the job done in two days and I would recommend them.
