I have been a Monarch Fence customer for almost 30 years. That is when they put up my fence around my pool. Boy, thinking back that sounds like a long time ago, but it has gone by very fast. I still have the same fence up. granted it has needed some TLC during that time but Monarch and Keith were always just a phone call away. I guess you can get the idea,,,why change horses when you are riding a winner!!!

Monarch Fence was the only company that installs a true board on board with cap fence that we found. The quality of fence and professional install were excellent. Have received many compliments from friends and neighbors. Highly recommend Monarch Fence Inc.

they are quite busy so it took some time for them to have time to build the fence for us.  the price is about the same with other quotes.  the quality is about the same, comparing to our neighbor's fence.   couple of months later I found out one of the door was not functioning properly.  I didn't call them to fix it.  I fixed it myself.

Some of the work that was contracted for was not performed, nor did they return to do it. Billing was a nightmare. I was charged more 3 months after my payment was sent in, and told the invoice I was going off of was not correct. The work done was fine. The business is not well run though. I would never work with then again!

They were on time and gave their honest opinion of the other contractors work. They even recommended another company that fix our problems for less than they could.

I called for an estimate on repairing a gate. They came out promptly and gave me an estimate for total replacement or partial replacement. We chose to replace the gate and had to wait awhile to get the work done. But being a small job I understood that we would need to be squeezed in. We are very pleased with the work and price.

We are very satisified with the new railings and the quality of work that was done. Our only issue with Monarch is around the length of time it took for them to get to our job. We notified them around Aug 19th that we wanted them to do the work. They evidently only have one guy that does railings and he was very busy. They did a fairly good job of staying in contact about when it would be done. However, we were originally told and quot;Worst case 4 weeks outand quot;. Then a few calls of and quot;it's going to be another week or twoand quot;. Ended up being 6 1/2 weeks. However, when it is all said and done we love the new railings. I would recommend them to others but would caution them on timing if they are having railings done.

I had contact with them couple of weeks ago. I don't know if they gave me the quote on email or they actually mailed it to me because I may have been home when they came by. They didn't include the diagram of what they would do and how much it was going to cost. They just said they would send somebody out and take a look at it and give and estimate. I just thought it was very high so I'm not going to use their service.

Outstanding! I can't say enough about Monarch. Right from the beginning when they come out and gave me the estimate through completion. There were delays due to snow and deliveries to Monarch and Keith keep me completely informed of every delay. Kip then came and did the work. They took their time doing the job even though it was small they gave it the same consideration as if it were a big job. The workmanship was outstanding. Kip even took the time to fix a small problem with one the post. The customer service and workmanship were superior and I would recommend this company to friends and family as well to anyone else.

Overall, Monarch is easy to work with and do a great job!

I got estimates from several companies but didn't get an estimate on the type of fence I went with from other companies so I don't know how their prices compared to others exactly. It was reasonable. I scheduled the install and it was over a month away. We had just moved into the house with 2 energetic dogs so I was dieing for a place that I could let them out to play. When we got close to the installation date, the company called nonchalantly twice to push the date back a few days. When they finally came, they performed the work pretty quickly. They played music but it didn't bother me much. When they were done I loved the fence and it was built well. A few days later the board that the latch for the gate was mounted to split, and after calling them, someone came out right away to replace it.

Overall it was a good experience. I would hire them again.

I'm very disappointed to have my bid requests completely ignored. After reading the glowing reviews and ratings on this site, I was looking forward to working with them. It's been more than two weeks, so I'll have to make my decision based on the other bids I receive/d. It's a shame that companies don't understand the poor impression they make by ignoring a new customer. It tells me what kind of treatment I should expect were I to ever use them so, no surprise, I won't.

From the first call through installation Keith and Kip were great. They worked with me on the details and were very responsive. This was a difficult installation because of neighboring fences and underground cable. Their installation team was also the best. I would highly recommend them.

Everything went well. The work quality was very good, but their followup skills were lacking.
