Had a dishwasher at home and it conked out on us. So we went to Lowe's to see what they had. We found an appliance rep there that was very knowledgable and helped us out right away. He showed us all our options according to our measurements and specs. We made the purchase and had it delivered and installed. The delivery took 4 days, which kind of crushed me, we live about 2 miles from the store and the item was in stock, but the purchase was made on a Sunday and they do not deliver on Sundays. Why the three additional days, your guess is as good as mine, anyway, once it was delivered, it was installed by a professional gentleman, who even put shoe socks on when he came into the house.

I have purchased a washer and dryer here. I have been very satisfied with their service. I have had problems with the appliances, but they have been good at getting them fixed. The salesperson is very responsive.
