They were available. They have worked for us before and that's basically why we hired them. Their price is pretty good. Overall they are okay. We tried to get other estimates but the roofers around here were very busy. We waited but we were a little bit late into the season and since they were available to do it we ended up using them. I'm probably not going to need another roof ever but will possibly use them again if need be.
