I was referred to Door Express by my neighbor the day my garage door spring broke (Sunday). I called them first thing Monday morning and was promised they'd get me taken care of that day. Sure enough, the repair man called me at 3:30 to say he would be at my house at 4. Less than an hour later, he had the springs replaced and door and springs lubed. It couldn't have gone better! Quick, painless, professional, affordable. An unexpected perk is that my door is way more quiet than before!

It turned out pretty well. They had been previously to work on it and determined that it needed to be replaced. When they came out to do the job, they were two hours late. However, I was satisfied with their work and I would probably use them again.

They did a good job responding to my phone call. He was very professional and handled the job in a professional manner. Before leaving, he cleaned up all of the mess and explained how to use the opener in detail. We were satisfied with their service.
