The provider didn't fix the slope, did fix the bracket and charged me $200 for the work; basically for the 5 dollar bracket!! I called to complain about the slope again and the provider has not shown up since.
Update 6/17/16: I mentioned this to the builder and was surprised to see his foreman and another person who responded and fixed everything, the slope and the damaged soil.
