We called him one day and he was out the next to diagnose the problem. Had to get the part from supplier so returned another day to install it.

It took him about an hour to figure out what the problem was, to correct it, and to check that he'd corrected it. He called back a couple of days later to ask us if the oven was working properly (it was).

Good. Have yet to use the dryer, but while he was there, he ran it empty at high heat and it didn't overheat.
