A Quik Dump

Always prompt.  Reasonable prices,  Bins are often beat up with holes, but that usually doesn't hurt much.  I've used them about 6 times in the last 6 months as I renovated a house.  Several times, their truck equipment had issues but it impacted them more so than me.

I have used A Quick Dump several times and each time has been excellent service. The drivers are always fast and friendly and place the dumpster exactly where you want it. I will continue to use their services when I need a dumpster again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a dumpster.

The owner is a very nice guy and was easy to work with. The dumpsters are not solid steel but it does not matter, they worked fine as we were throwing a wide arrange of housing materials into it and it worked just fine. Better prices than most everyone else and he brought it on time and gave us the time we needed to fill it. Great service!!

It went well. The dumpster arrived and departed on time.

When I called for a dumpster the man that answered the phone was pleasant, responsive and gave me complete instructions. The dumpster was delivered on time, put where I wanted it and picked up on time. Both drivers were pleasant and courteous. The dumpster was not new but it was serviceable. I had no problems at all. You can't ask for more than that.

I've used them a few times and have been so happy that I don't even call anyone else anymore.They drop off when they say they will and are pretty lenient on the time frame of picking it back up and always ask exactly where I would like it placed. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality is that the last dumpster was a bit beat up and the door was difficult for my wife to open/close; but, yes, I realize it's a dumpster.

The experience was fair. They came around the time they said they would but they placed the container closer to the garage than it should have been so it was difficult to open the door all the way. They should have had it turned around so it would have been easier to open and it wouldn't have been in the way of the garage. The dumpster was woody and ratted; it didn't have a professional appearance and the metal bottom was rusting out. They picked it up late. Their price was run of the mill.

I called to inquire about the dumpster and they had it in my driveway two hours later. All employees were professional and friendly.

I had never used a dumpster service before so I went with one that received an A rating on Angie's list. The person I called to order the service was nice and answered my many questions as to cost, length of use time, etc. I was going to get the dumpster on a Saturday but it was raining so I delayed it to a Wednesday. I was told they would be here between 10 and noon. When noon came I called to see if they were coming. I was confused with another person with the same last name who kept changing their mind ( I found this out later) and the man answering the phone snapped at me. That was the first red flag. I was told it was to be here between 1 and 3 so I waited. It did arrive and was put on blocks so it wouldn't damage my driveway (a good thing) but when it came off the truck broken glass came out of it and was dumped on my driveway. The driver didn't offer to clean it up or apologize for it. I cleaned up what was not under the dumpster as I didn't want the people loading it to walk on broken glass. I also swept what was left in the dumpster into a corner of the dumpster so no one would be injured on the glass. After the dumpster was picked up the broken glass from under it was left for me to clean up. I called A Quik Dump to express my disappointment in their service, but rather than getting any kind of apology or I'm sorry, I was told about how hard working his employees are, which I had never doubted. I would suggest that for better customer relations and repeat business, any debris on an individual's driveway (not a construction site) either be cleaned up or be apologized for.

Called the company to inquire on prices at noon and the price was $120 for two weeks and that included delivery and pick up. They also have a $10 off coupon in the Dex phone book. They delivered the dumpster by 3pm the same day and were very careful to protect the driveway. At the end of two weeks they came back and picked it up or I culd have caled them sooner to have them pick up if I would have been done. I was very impressed with the service.
