Mark is very knowledgeable about Brother sewing machines. I believe he is honest, as well. There was a problem getting the exact machine I wanted, so a substitute was made. Mark refunded the difference ($50.00) to me. I would not have known there was a difference had he not said something. The sewing machine was delivered to my home and set up by Mark, with a brief demonstration of how to use it. I will do business with Mark again.
