I called Bob at 7:15 a.m. to schedule an appointment. Fortunately, he is located less than a mile away and was at my home and came over in about 10 minutes, assessed the damage, then made the repairs. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and my options. His customer service is excellent. The price compared to what I would have paid another company, and likely waited two days to have done, was more than reasonable. I will definitely call him when I'm ready to remodel the bathroom. He's won my confidence!
