Furniture Refinishing
I contacted Robert Smith on Tuesday July 14th early afternoon and delivered a glass vase to him with my wishes for it to be engraved to my specifications. He responded late that afternoon via eMail with pictures of what it would look like when completed and pricing and said it would be ready Thursday. I asked for some minor changes and for delivery on Wednesday as it was a birthday present. Bob agreed and contacted me again saying it would be ready by Wednesday at noon. I went over to the shop, picked it up, and saw Bob had done a gorgeous job and more than met my expectations. This was a terrific job, done very quickly, very professionally, and it turned out perfect. Mr. Smith has certainly won all of my future engraving business.
