Internet Service
I have been complaining to windstream for months now about a weak internet signal. They have been telling me that I can speak to a technician but everytime that I give them a call they never respond to me. They have come out multiple times to check the signal and they continue to check the signal on the house which they are aware that the house signal is not the issue. They continue to charge me the same rate for a degrated performance.
