The repair went well and only took about 15 mins start to finish. The men who showed up at our home for the repair were not professionally dressed, and were a little rough around the edges, but they seemed to know their business well enough.

Had some and quot;telephone tagand quot; for a few days, but they were prompt, professional, and thorough on the the day of the service. They came to the house so everything was accomplished in our driveway. The price was approximately $100 less than quoted by other companies. One month later, everything is fine and no problems.

It went great. We had a windshield mishap on the weekend. I called these guys Monday morning and they were available to come out that same day. Furthermore, they came to the place of work, which greatly helped. This, especially considering it was my wife's car. Finally, my wife thought she heard a noise coming from the new windshield, so we called them. They said it was probably the tape and to call back if we still had problems. Even so, Adam, from the company, called me back to follow up and make sure things were okay (which they were). Taking the initiative and following up like that wins big points in my book. The customer service was great.

Everything went great. I appreciated their recommendation to repair in the shop versus repairing in the field. They picked up the vehicle, repaired it, and returned it all within about 3 hours. The price was fair and they even gave me a few rock chip patches and a couple can holders as a bonus. Great service by friendly people who know their business.
