Ed did a great job although it took a little longer than expected. In addition to replacing the furnace, coil and A/C unit, he relocated my humidifier and replaced the flue pipes. Very pleased with the work done.

They did good service. The price was reasonable. They didn’t charge me for their second visit.

He showed me how to clean the removable filter that I didn't even know was there. He also blew off the machine with a pressure hose. He showed me how to clean and access everything. He repacked the unit to it's place and put it in at an angle so that it wouldn't work so hard like it had been previously. He spent about an hour here doing the work and considering what other people were quoting his price was good. He was fast, thorough and said that if it started acting up within a week he would come back to fix it and the first hour would be free. However, what he did was enough to fix the issue. He was very responsive - everyone else I called said they coudln't come for another 2 days to a week. He was little stuffy, but overall it was a good experience. He also let me know he would be able to get me a new unit for much cheaper than what I had been finding.
