They were quick and well priced with their proposal. It was a few weeks before they could start which was fine. The first day they did not have enough shingles to complete the job which seemed odd for a roofing company to under estimate. They also replaced all the decking on the upper level which was very good and asked before doing so. I wanted them to replace the decking over the garage and gave them my approval to replace any other decking that was questionable. They did not replace it over the garage but did find a spot on the back side of the lower level. I was not happy about the garage.
While replacing the decking on the upper level one of their workers fell though our ceiling. He was not hurt but it left a good 3 foot diameter hole in our bedroom ceiling. They clean it up well enough. They also sent a dry waller that evening to patch it up. He did a below average job and we requested that they come back an try again. They agreed and did so about two weeks later.
On the gutter job, they did not have the right colored downspouts. Again, a bit odd, but it happens I suppose. They hung the wrong ones in case it rained. Then replaced them with the color that matched the body of our house color the next day.
There was no communication from the crew on what they were doing. Only one of them spoke a little English at all, so it was difficult to communicate. We did not know when they would be coming back or if they would at all the first day or so. Also we never received a call to say that their team would be out at such and such a time until we made it clear that was our expectation.
They did a very below average job of clean-up and we had to do it ourselves, even though they charged us for it specifically on the invoice.
We have a satellite dish on our house. They did a good job of resetting the dish on the roof, but did not put the wires back in place after the gutters were installed. They left them hanging for at least two weeks until we complained. Then they sent out a person who did the worst job imaginable. They did not put them in the right place, connected the wires to the downspouts with old scrap wire and wrapped the slack they had loosely around the base of the dish! They did not respond to our complaints until I sent them pictures and then replied "BRUTAL" via text. It was at least another week before they came out and did a decent job. 
Overall we did not find this experience to our liking. We would not recommend this company.

It could not have gone more smoothly.  I did a lot of research on the product I wanted.  Then I used references provided by each of the contractors from whom I received bids to get feedback.  Once I decided to use Weatherguard, I found their account manager to be very responsive to questions and concerns.  The work crews were courteous, punctual, reliable, hard working and did a great job of cleaning the work area daily.  They finished on time and on budget.

They did a really good job on our windows. The crew even took their time taking out the old windows because it was much easier if you didn t dent the wood so the other ones would go right in. They were very respectful and cleaned up very well. They did take a little longer than we expected.

They made sure to answer my questions about the roof so that I was comfortable that we would have no more leaks. I was pleased with the service. They really did do a great job. I would recommend them to anyone. The workers were also very friendly.
