After being burned in the past, I reviewed and "interviewed" many siding companies to do the work on my 1925 bungalow before hearing about Brad Waite. When we first met, he asked lots of questions before writing the estimate in order to understand my needs and expectations as well as my personal style. He was willing to let me look at previous completed jobs and meet with persons who he had done work for in the past. His small team performed all tasks with true attention to detail, asking questions rather than making assumptions along the way. He had ideas for ways to make the house look better, more true to the period in which it was built, when he realized that mattered to me. He found ways to re-organize the gutter/downspouts to be more efficient. In terms of the contract, Brad Waite was fair and reasonable. We talked through every component and picked out product lines together. In terms of outward appearance? A coworker took a photo of the job in progress while I was out of town and posted it to my Facebook, with their compliments! The house is now completed, on budget and looks beautiful. I recommend him to anyone who wants a quality product at a fair (not cut-rate) price. I plan to hire him back to do additional projects on the house and garage in the coming year. What a relief it has been to work with this company! My home is now worth more than before.
