Auto Glass
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Viking Glass replaced the windshield on my 2015 Honda Pilot at our home on 6/2/15. The new replacement windshield was defective, a ripple in the glass on the driver's side impeded clear vision. I contacted the owner, James, by phone, hoping to arrange for this to be corrected. He was vague about when he would do this, when asked for an appointment time, he responded by screaming cruel things at me, and even called back to say more cruel things (that I'm a "miserable broad, he felt sorry for my husband, etc) and said he was unwilling do anything for us. Though we failed to check ahead of hiring them, we've since found this company to have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and poor reviews elsewhere indicating a solid history of poor workmanship and unwillingness to resolve complaints. We'll be pursuing a full refund through small claims court if our attempt to resolve this through the bbb is unsuccessful.
