Vicki Kovar

We were to be moving from Minnesota to the Omaha area, and Vicki Kovar was recommended to us from several friends who had used her.  She was wonderful at quickly picking up on what was important to us in a new home, and decidedly made our search a much easier one.  Although we had several promising properties that we'd looked at and liked, she kept her eye on the market for us and found that a home, which was previously out of our price range, had been significantly reduced in price.  everything was perfect in the home but the color scheme.  she helped us visualize what a change in the wall colors and carpet would do, and we ended up getting everything we wanted in a home for a good price.  we continue to be very happy here, and have stayed in contact with vicki for her excellent referrals of service and retail providers in town.
