Great. Worked us into the schedule the same day we called, was able to give us a probable diagnosis and treatment, and arranged for a follow up visit to make sure he was getting better.

We have used this location for our pets for 3 years and have been extremely satisfied with our experiences.

I have visited this facility multiple times in the last 3 years. We bring 3 different pets for checkups and shots. They put one of my cats to sleep, and handled the situation with dignity and sent a sympathy note after the fact. I receive reminder emails and cards regarding ongoing care. When you have an appointment, they will present you with an itemized estimate of the proposed care so you can work with the vet/assistant and determine what you actually want done. Dr Batenhorst in particular does a very fine job of carrying for the pets.

Overall, they always do a great job. They are still trying to help me find an alternative to surgery for the bladder stones that my dog has, although they are doubtful that other options will work. The surgery they want to perform to remove the stones seems super high to me and I may price this procedure at other clinics, but I have been very happy with their service, compassion and professionalism.

These people were very friendly and kind. We went to the clinic a lot and when my dog died, thtey went out of their way to show how much they cared,.

Obviously, when Dr. rohrig was actually there and running things, it was great. But after he left, I became disgusted and only used them in an emergency because of their location. I would never recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. The amount of money I entered, was over a period of time and not one visit.

They like the animals so much. They are excellent and are so caring. They are friendly and never have you wait long. I am impressed with them because they always manage to keep the office so clean and I would recommend them to anyone. They are fantastic.

They were very good and I didn t have any worries when it came to leaving my sons pet. You could tell how happy she was when we took her there. They exercised her and bathed her while she was there. They were fantastic and it was a nice atmosphere.
