 + -1 moreGreat. Worked us into the schedule the same day we called, was able to give us a probable diagnosis and treatment, and arranged for a follow up visit to make sure he was getting better. We have used this location for our pets for 3 years and have been extremely satisfied with our experiences.

 + -1 moreI have visited this facility multiple times in the last 3 years. We bring 3 different pets for checkups and shots. They put one of my cats to sleep, and handled the situation with dignity and sent a sympathy note after the fact. I receive reminder emails and cards regarding ongoing care. When you have an appointment, they will present you with an itemized estimate of the proposed care so you can work with the vet/assistant and determine what you actually want done. Dr Batenhorst in particular does a very fine job of carrying for the pets.

 + -1 moreOverall, they always do a great job. They are still trying to help me find an alternative to surgery for the bladder stones that my dog has, although they are doubtful that other options will work. The surgery they want to perform to remove the stones seems super high to me and I may price this procedure at other clinics, but I have been very happy with their service, compassion and professionalism.
Description of Work: My dog had a UTI ...possible bladder stones. She needed urinalysis, antibiotics, and then ultrasound later. They do have different vets there but you can see the same one all the time if you would like to. All the vets I have seen there have been caring and professional. Earlier this year I had a puppy develop parvo. They took awesome care of her and she was back to her old self in no time. I have used them for several years. 2 years ago I had to have a dog put down and they were wonderful to work with. The only complaint I really have is that I think their prices are too high, but I can't say that I have "priced" procedures either. They have great hours.

 + 0 moreObviously, when Dr. rohrig was actually there and running things, it was great. But after he left, I became disgusted and only used them in an emergency because of their location. I would never recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. The amount of money I entered, was over a period of time and not one visit.
Description of Work: I started going to the ROHRIG animal clinic, over 20 years ago, when Dr, Kent Rohrig was actually the owner. He treated many of my pets and did wonderful work, showing great care. NOW he is not there, but VCA bought his business and he was required by the contract, when he left, to move outside a 20 mile radius of Omaha. He is now in Arlington, Ne, outside of Fremont and I willingly drive that far just to have him as my vet. I used to call VCA, not knowing Dr. Rohrig had gone and was always told he was "off work" that day. They were lying to me. Since I could not find him, I was forced to use the clinic and was very unhappy. Their prices went sky high and the quality went down. You never had the same vet and I never felt they really cared about my animals. They even lost the ashes of one of my dogs after she had been put to sleep. They finally found her ashes (I think) but I was very upset. They had demanded i pay first, even though my dog's ashes were missing. Finally one employee told me where Dr. rohrig really was and I stopped going there.

 + -1 moreThey like the animals so much. They are excellent and are so caring. They are friendly and never have you wait long. I am impressed with them because they always manage to keep the office so clean and I would recommend them to anyone. They are fantastic.
Description of Work: My Westie was sick and she had to go here for treatment. She was treated for a cold and also got her booster shots and rabies vaccination as well.

 + -1 moreThey were very good and I didn t have any worries when it came to leaving my sons pet. You could tell how happy she was when we took her there. They exercised her and bathed her while she was there. They were fantastic and it was a nice atmosphere.
Description of Work: They boarded my son s 35 pound yellow lab for 3 days and 3 nights at $13 a day.
