One of my colleagues told me to take my camper propane tank to U-Haul for a recharge. I didn't know what I was doing, but they guided me through the process. The attendant took the tank out of the back of my truck, changed the connector valve and recharged the tank. I was charged for only the amount of propane that went into the tank. The cost was substantially less than the propane exchange at the grocery and hardware stores. While I was waiting inside (the weather was cold and rainy), I watched the counter people attend to the needs of various people. They were patient and polite, even with the crabby people.
