TyCon Electric

Poor coordination and communication with the contractor and with me regarding the scope and total cost of the project. I was surprised by a really large bill I was not expecting. Left old wires hanging off of the house. Did not bury ground wire. Left garbage all over the garage.

Arron called right away in the morning and said that he would be there mid afternoon and I said I would be waiting.  At 10:45 he called and said he had just finished the prior job and said that he could come now or wait until later.  I said I was home til 3 and  He could come any time.  Said OK he would see me in about 1/2 hr as he was in West Omaha.  He arrived rang the doorbell with tools in had.  Took him to the bedroom to check the light and he said' I hear the crackle and you need to have 1 switch for sure maybe two.  I said just change them both please and he did just that.  TyCon has worked on my my house and my daughters hours several times and I have always been very happy with their work.  Both Arron and Rusty are great.  I always know that when they work on my electrical I will be in good hands and the price is always affordable no matter what.  Thanks for a job well done and making us feel safe again.    Vanita Morosin

This is the second time Tycon Electric saved me on the day of a party. It was a Saturday and we were power washing the deck and patio while getting the house ready for guests. The GFI tripped and would not re-set. I called them and they tried to save us the $100 service call by talking us through the likely problem and how to fix it. When we still couldn't solve it, Greg arrived within an hour and solved it. He gave us some tips that we could do ourselves to avoid the problem in the future.
The first time Tycon Electric came to the rescue was on a Thanksgiving Day. We had a house full of people and our dryer stopped working. The inferior dryer outlet went out. We didn't know that was even possible. Aaron came out, and within an hour, had our dryer going again.
Tycon Electric can handle commercial and residential jobs. Greg told me "We are old school." They use the highest quality parts, which last a lot longer and are less likely to cause problems.

It was the day before Thanksgiving. I called a highly-rated electrical contractor, who didn't have an open appointment until the following Monday. Yikes! A family of five with no dryer for five days? A general contractor friend of mine recommended TyCon Electric. I called TyCon Electric at 2:00 p.m. Aaron said he could totally sympathize with my lack of a dryer. He said he would be at the house by 4:00 p.m. At 3:50 p.m., he arrived. Needless to say, Aaron was prompt. He was also courteous and had the problem assessed and repaired within minutes. The bonus was, he really was nice to my cat, who wanted Aaron to take him home with him. The service was outstanding at a fair price. I'll recommend TyCon Electric to anyone!
