I've hired movers many times before and was very impressed by the team we received on this moving day. They brought all the equipment they needed, and actually used it to improve their speed and took good care of our items. (I've had some movers who wouldn't use the hand truck or furniture movers and instead made multiple extra trips to/from the truck, but these guys didn't do that.)
Although I've had a less than great experience with this company in the past where the movers were sluggish and took a lot of breaks and each would carry 1 box at a time, that was a long time ago. I am rating them today based only on this last experience.
