TUFF SHED INC - Omaha

I was happy enough with the installation and cost, but shortly thereafter half of the shingles fell off of one side. There's a warranty and someone came out and fixed them. This year (two years later) several more fell off the same side. This time when I called, they insisted that it must have been storm damage. (It wasn't, there were no storms the two days before they fell off). I told them that, and that it was thus likely a problem in workmanship, and they said "that's your opinion". That irks me more than their initial claim. Beware the organization that doesn't stand behind their warranty, and doesn't practice politeness in service.

It was very easy to go to the Omaha location, walk in and pick the size we wanted.  Then picked colors and accessories for the shed.  It was all very easy.  No hard choices to make (we had an idea of what we wanted).  Sales staff was awesome, builders were wonderful.  Everything went off better than planned.  Have had no problems.

Working with Tuff Shed went very smooth and very professional. We first went to their Omaha location and looked at all the sheds on display. It was great that so many were there to walk through and look at. Tons of information and costs of features were also posted in each of the display sheds.
I then went to the Tuff Shed website and clicked on the size and all the features we wanted in our shed. The estimated price was then shown. All of my selections were then sent to the local Omaha office.
The office manager called and e-mailed me the next day to set up a meeting and sign the contract. The whole process was very smooth and they also filed all the permits required by the city.
Tuff Shed came exactly when they said they would, performed the exact work they said they would, we were able to pay in two payments and we now have the exact shed we wanted.
We are very happy and satisfied with them! I have recommended them to many others.

I visited the Omaha Tuff shed location to inquire about purchaseing a shed. The sales staff were very professional and informative, answering all my concerns and questions. Purchased a unit the same day as I was impressed with their products. Outstanding job performed by the installation crew. Install team was punctual and courteous, they did an excellent job completing the installation. Once the shed was installed I needed ramps to access the unit due to the sheds door height from ground level, upon returning to the Tuff Shed store and discussing the issue and alternatives the sales rep allowed me to borrow a set of ramps to try on my shed. The sales rep seemed to go out of their way to insure a solution for any issues we had were met. Great experience.
