Our African Grey parrot plucked 14 keys off of my wife's laptop. Trisec replaced the keyboard rather than replacing the entire machine. This saved us the trouble of transferring data from the old machine (which wasn't that old). This was all done in less than the time estimated.

They ordered the part and it was the wrong part. This went on three times. They finally got the right part but it wasn t the fault of the technician, it was the ordering department. The second time that I had taken it home when I turned it on it made a loud noise. The technician did a good job and stayed on top of things until the right part was installed.
