For those who get right to the point: Doug was polite, punctual, priced fairly, works like a dog and got it done, we see no reason to call anyone else in the future.
For the rest of ya: Our furnace was very old and had an issue or two, the A/C unit as well. Our daughter knew of two people who just had furnace replacements via Trademark Htg & Air and were still happy with the results so we called and spoke with Doug. He showed up and discussed his company, why he chose to be a Goodman dealer, etc. We proceeded to make an installation appointment after he shot us pricing on the furnace and A/C units we selected. He showed up a month later on installation day, on time. He got right to work. The furnace was operational later that day and we had heat again that afternoon. (was 22 F for a high temp that day) The A/C unit was placed outside and "roughed in" that 1st day also. The second day he finalized the furnace install and "hooked up/wired up" the A/C, it will be filled with coolant and tested this spring... The area around the furnace is cleaner than when he started, btw. The guy gets it done! He gave us a good run through in care/use of the electronic air cleaner and humidifier. Only one small negative and that would be that he was initially willing to keep a valve I installed a year or two ago on the water supply line to the former humidifier, even tho we both noticed it was now leaking a little. I asked if he'd be able to come back out soon and replace that valve and he stated he'd just "take care of it now" and replaced the entire line, even the corroded valve on the water line that supplied water to the line that the a fore mentioned valve was located on - he replaced the whole line, both valves, all of it, no extra charge. As I see it, the valve thing is kinda like one drop of not-so-good in a lake, if you don't mind off the wall analogies and he went a step further than necessary to make it right. Anyway, as far as Trademark goes, he's a fairly new company and a one man band, and he's no doubt wanting to grow his company and I think he's on the right track, we do recommend him as we'd use him again without hesitation. I'll provide another review on the A/C fill/testing this spring and will mention the furnace & how it's going, in the off chance anyone might be interested...
