TORPY TREE SERVICE

They were great on keeping me posted on when work could be performed.  Even with the weather not being the best,  they performed the work promptly.  I did not need to be present while work was being performed.  When done and upon approval of work performed, payment was made.  Great experience from start to finish.

Awesome...!! I loved the communication with Steve! His crew was prompt, courteous, and "cleaned" up everything in our yard! Our trees look great. Can't wait to plant new trees, near the removed stumps....!!

Steve was at the jobsite first thing in the morning and at the end of the job.  Jason and his crew did and excellent job on these large oak and ash trees.  They were safe, responsible, professional and respectful.  They did an outstanding job and were pleasant to work with.  They worked longer than expected and I was so pleased that I offered to pay Steve more than he bid for the job!

We've used Steve Torpy several times. His prices are fair and he and his crew do good work. We will definitely use

Steve came over at the end of a very long day of clearing heavy snow for quite a few other customers. He and his crew have also done extensive tree trimming and pruning for us. Steve Torpy provides excellent service; I highly recommend him!

Larry Torpy stopped by and walked around the yard, providing insight and tree care advice on all the trees. He provided verbal estimates and a time line of when the work would be done. He called a few days before each project to confirm work. Limb removal was immediate. Dead tree removal was during the winter. And spring trimming and spraying are lined up for the future. In addition to the removal of two dead trees, he brought in a chipper, and now I have a large pile of wood chips that can be spread in the yard. Lary Torpy is very professional, knows trees and is qualified. He brings the right skills and tools to get the job done correctly.

Steve arrived with his new stump grinder and proceeded to remove 4 stumps for us.  Steve went above what I expected, especially on the stump that will become garden in the future.  After grinding the stump, he traced down the roots and removed them as well.  I will use Steve for any future work of this type and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a provider of this type of service.  Excellent service.

We contacted several tree trimming providers in the local area. Since we had already cut down all of the branches all that we needed was removal. They came in at the cheapest. They provided excellent service and were able to schedule the cleanup within the week. The yard was clean even though there was a lot of branches that were cut down.

Mr. Torpy came to our aid when we desperately needed a dead tree removed from our backyard. We needed the tree removed quickly so we could list our house on the market. We had contacted other tree companies who had promised to come out and do the work but wouldn't return our calls. Mr. Torpy came out and gave us his word he would have the tree removed in 2 days. True to his word, his crew arrived two days later at approx 7pm and SAFELY removed the tree. This is a professional crew who safely got the job done.

Prior to placing our home on the market we discovered that our 30ft tree in the back yard was dead. We hired a local tree service to cut down the tree, but they were three weeks behind. I told them I could wait a couple of weeks but not three weeks since this was one of the last things to do before we put the house on the market. They told us they would work with us. After two weeks we tried to contact the tree service but they would not answer the phone or return my calls. After waiting for two days we decided to call Torpy Tree Service.
Torpy Came out and gave me an estimate. I told them our situation and how this was now the last thing we had to do before our house hit the market. Torpy gave me his word that he would have it done in two days. Two days later at about 7:00 PM Torpy, true to his word, arrived with a crew. They took the tree down and cleaned the area. They were in and out in less than an hour. Torpy got the job done and they were SAFE doing it!

Mr. Torpy showed up promptly to give us an estimate and explained exactly how he was going to do the job.  The crew was here promptly at 9:00 on Friday morning and had the the work completed and the yard cleaned up in 2 hours.  They took a lot of limbs out of a large tree that was overhanging our roof and cleaned all the brush on our back lot line.  We will be calling them again when we need work done.

Steve came right away and gave me a very reasonable bid to shape and lift a very overgrown Mulberry in our back yard.  They came as promised, did a VERY professional job and except for the beautiful tree they left behind, I couldn't even tell they were here.  Excellent clean up, fast diligent work and dignified communication.  I can't recommend him enough and will use again in the future.  Bravo!  Old fashioned true customer service.

It went fantastic! I was introduced to the entire crew by Steve. They were all super friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful when i had questions. I wanted to keep a small section of the tree so they cut the best one and set it aside as well as moved a portion I wanted to keep for decor, and it wasn't light! The cleanup was above and beyond!

Torpy Tree Service did an outstanding job of removing and shapping trees. The company cleaned up all debris when they were done and my yard required no follow-up visits from the company at completion of the project.

I was pleased with the companys' professionalism and efficiency. They arrived on schedule, the work took less than 4 hours and they cleaned up the area when they were done. I will be using them for other tree and shrub removal projects in the coming months.
