Tony Cook's Import Repair

He only does foreign cars. He fixes anything and everything or he will tell me where to take it that he trusts. He is 100% trustworthy. He does other things where he charges me nothing. I can call him with questions and he will answer me over the phone. When I am going to buy a car, I call and ask him what he knows about that make and model. Sometimes he will give me a thumbs up and sometimes he will tell me about some problems he's had to fix on that make.

We had the oil changed @ a tire store that included a complimentary maintenance check of our 04 Corolla. They recommended a new air filter, coolant flush, transmission flush and serpentine belt replacement. I immediately checked my repair/maintenance records and called Tony to confirm or not the tire store's recommendations. The coolant was replaced 10K miles ago so that was unnecessary, and Tony confirmed that the air filter was fine as was the serpentine belt. The belt had a hairline crack in it but because we were anticipating only city driving and no long trips with this belt, he said it would be fine. As for the transmission flush, he recommended Certified Transmission stating that while he could do the flush, they had better equipment than he and could more thoroughly do the job. I've been trading w/ Tony for 6 years for the maintenance of our Toyota and I wouldn't trust anybody else. Honest, reasonably priced, and great customer relations and education.

We use him regularly, and he is very good. We don’t dislike anything. We like him very much. He is very reliable, honest and decent. We would recommend him to anybody. The price is very reasonable. He is a single man shop. He is very friendly and open. He is easy to talk to and explains things well.

Fine. Tony and his crew did a thorough job, as usual.

He is extremely knowledgable and honest. He does great work and is very careful.
