I have contacted my local box and eventually determined this company has deceptive practices. In my case, I purchased tickets from this Tickets in Time, the company then took my information, went to the official online box office and purchased my tickets for $73. They then printed the tickets and sent them to me for a charge of $378.00. This was a charge of 2.5 times the face value price of the performance tickets had I purchased them at the box office. I feel this company is deceiving the consumer by trying to appear to be the official local box office in my area, when they in fact are not. I urge others to steer clear of this website. I have found that if I type in box office and a city into google, this company comes up at the top of the list, with photos of the venue. The website eventually has verbiage stating they are not the official local box office but this was difficult to decipher when I purchased the tickets.
