Door Service, Window Service
I was initially pleased with the new windows as the other windows were not energy efficient. The issue I have is the long wait on service repairs for the Thermal Guard brand windows. This company actually stopped selling that brand. I paid good money for a lifetime warranty. The windows are even covered if they get hit with a baseball. It just takes forever to get service. I had a broken lock and problems with a slider and it took them awhile to get the problems fixed.
