Gutter Repair and Replacement
They did the work very good, they were prompt, and they told me about problems that I was having on the house that I wasn't aware of. They were great. The installation turned out awesome. It is doing it's job.

Windows
I had one man lie to me about the home energy tax credit. I found out from the regional manager that the rep was written up for that. He then sent another technician who became very angry when I asked him for a price for the individual windows and told me that I should just cancel. I called the district manager again and he was unhelpful. I was just trying to see what I was paying for. I was ready to buy 24 windows and I bought 8 to take advantage of a sale. I was so upset that I don’t think I’m going to shop in a Home Depot store any more. I wouldn’t buy a screwdriver from Home Depot now. In my opinion, they are scheisters. The district and regional managers were very unhelpful.

Roofing
We signed a contract and payed the money upfront. The project manager who came back to do some more measurements and said that they made a mistake. They then wanted to charge us a little over a thousand dollars more to make up the difference. The problem was that they had us sign the contract before they double checked it. They are pretty good about communicating.
