Very nice work. Rather expensive at nearly $100 an hour.

They use a silicone grout. Matched my existing grout. Very professional and friendly. Would have them do future jobs.

Mike from Grout Medic was very responsive, punctual, and clean. Three of the top four things I look for in a contractor. He did everything he said he would do, and showed up on time when he said he would be there. After he was finished, it was as clean as ever. The only thing I wish was that he had a military discount. The price was a tad expensive, but I would call him again in a heartbeat.

He replaced the tub and shower surround in an upstairs bathroom. He worked hard for three days, replacing the wall behind the tile with cement board, too. He was extremely tidy, cleaning up every bit of scrap and grout. I'm extremely pleased with the job and would have him back again.

I contact Mike from Grout Medic about cleaning, regrouting, recaulking and sealing the tile in the bathroom of my 1960's home -- I live in Lincoln, and he came down from Omaha to do an estimate so he could give me an accurate cost estimate based upon the work to be done. On the day I scheduled the work he arrived right on time and did an amazing job. I can not get over how good the finished product turned out! Mike is a true pro, a nice guy and this was money very well spent! Highly recommended!

Two people worked a few hours on the first day and then one man worked a few hours the second day. We are pleased with the overall attitude of the team. They cleaned up the mess and left the bathroom ready to be used. The only reason I am giving a "B" in the price is that in absence of any other measure, I looked at the hourly rate being charged (I guess the material cost was not a major part of the deal). On the positive side, he took the coupon after consulting with the partner/boss.

We actually looked this business up in the phone book and took a chance. It worked out quite well too. He was prompt, personable and figured out very quickly where the caulk was necessary. He did such a good job we can't tell the difference between the existing grout and the newly applied caulk. These areas were prime hiding places for insects and also for mold build up. We don't have that worry anymore.
