They have a very new and nice center so they are very good facilities. The lady who owns it is very sweet and she was very responsive to my concerns. They had good security - you had to have a pass to get in the door. It wouldn't open if you didn't put the pass through a scanner. They also had cameras, in every room, that you could supposedly watch on the internet. Me and my husband could never get them to work. Outside of that, we had really big problems there with the specific teacher that my daughter had. From our understanding, and maybe I shouldn't say this because we never witnessed it, she was the type of teacher who would just give the kids something to do and then go and do her own thing. What I can tell you is that every teacher my daughter has ever had has adored her, has gotten to know her and thought she was funny and smart. My daughter is tiny for her age, but she's got a really big vocabulary, so people think it is hilarious because she says things that a four-year-old shouldn't say! So when she was there, it was like the teacher didn't even know her. I would pick her up and it was like she didn't know anything about her. I would walk in and they wouldn't even greet me or say hi to me. So that was a red flag. Then my daughter came home knowing the difference between boys and girls. And it turns out she knows that because no body was watching to make sure that they weren't going to the bathroom at the same time. That was a really big problem. Then when they had a water day onetime, she came home from school wearing another girl's underwear, and that was the last straw. She did not go back the next day. The manager was very sweet but there was nothing she could do because I had already reached this point.
