Great ! The salesman showed up on time and called first to let me know he was coming. He pointed out that I didn't need the mudjacking that another company said I did that saved me over $500. The crew did a fantastic job doing all the work and more.

It went well - the 2 men that did the job were professional and efficient in getting the job done. It took close to 2 hours for them to do the job that would have taken me and my husband a full day to do by ourselves. The sidewalks crack were all caulked and looked great!

Initial sales call and estimate completed as scheduled. Explained it well. The driveway is only 2 years old, so it was in more or less perfect condition; one small crack about 4 feet long. Was told that they would call later to schedule. After 2 weeks, I never heard from them until one day they called to say that they had a cancellation, and they could be out in 2 days. Not hearing from them for over two weeks was a problem, but getting it done soon was good. The first day, one person came out to power wash the drive. That took less than an hour. The next day, 4 people came out and completed the job in 3 hours. So there was a total of 13 man-hours of labor and materials. They did a great job. The work blends in nicely with the driveway. $2,500 seems high to me for 13 hours of labor. If the guys made $100 hour, then there was $1,200 of materials/equipment? Thus my "Fair" rating on price. I wish that I had gotten other formal bids. However, if the process works, it can be worth it in the end as replacing the drive could be far more expensive.

It went very well.

The work done to cut out the old concrete, fill, patch, and seal the driveway met our highest expectations.  The work done on our front steps turned out to be a much more difficult project, as it required them to dig under the stairs, jack them up and establish a support in the clay soil.  After a difficult start, the owner came to not only advise, but to show his workers what needed to be done to complete the support so that it would hold up to time and wear.  Although it was obviously a larger job than initially thought, there was no added charge.  We were also impressed with the fact that  workers refused to accept a tip, even though it was obvious that they'd all gone above and beyond expectations.  

This repair work was done last fall, and during the winter the driveway connection to the garage lost some of it's patch.  The company sent a worker out in April to repair this and told us to call with any other problems.  Everything else has held up as expected.

It took a couple of weeks to get schedules meshed but once the crew got there, they got things taken care of the same day, including having to fill a larger than expected void beneath one of the side walk sections. They did a great job!

The representatives of The Driveway Company were very good to work with, they are professional and personable. I was out of town the day that they completed the job, they called me and let me know when they were starting the job and clarified what the actions were that they would be completing. They called me back upon completion of the job and followed up several days later to ask if I have any questions or concerns. I would use them again and recommend their service.

Several workers worked together and it did not take long for them to get the job done. We were happy with the results and would definitely use them again.

The repair team arrived as scheduled. I was not at home at the time, but it appears that the water now runs more rapidly down the driveway and does not seem to be absorbed. The concrete caulk could have been done a little better as one of the cracks still has a small void near the beginning of the crack. The salesman seemed to be knowledgeable and I wanted an inexpensive repair that would last a few more years. I will have to see how long the protective coating and caulk lasts to fully detail the quality of the work and materials. Since the was done while I was gone, I have yet to hear from the company concerning payment or follow up. They did offer $100 off the job if I allowed them to leave a sign in my yard for three weeks (original estimate was for $950). .
