She was good. She definitely showed us houses in our price range and in the areas that we wanted. But it ended up being a poor experience because as soon as the contract was signed she stepped away from our deal and put her assistant in place. It did not go well for us at all. The home inspector she recommended for us was awful. It ended up costing us $50,000 in repairs and it was horrible. The home inspector was not thorough and we had to completely redo four bathrooms. She gave her fee back as she was the one who recommended the home inspector but $400 compared to $50000 was nothing. We really needed a thorough agent because we didn’t know anybody. We needed somebody who we could trust but the people she recommended were horrible.
Description of Work: We used The Cizek Group when we moved to Omaha and she helped us find a house.
